Leadership, Networking, & Mentoring

about US

Launched in 2018, Bold‑Build‑Brave is the catalyst for every female, at any age, to be true to herself. One thing we all have in common is this:
“It’s all about the girl in the mirror.”

ITG encourages girls and women to step out of their comfort zone and rise to a new level of self‑confidence.

Our community is global — reaching schools, women and youth ministries, mentoring groups, and beyond.

We challenge each female to live without shame, manage real‑life issues, and embrace accountability and responsibility. The environment is a safe space where we talk freely, are resilient, embrace sisterhood, share knowledge and experiences. The message of im THAT girl is to grow from mistakes and heal. We believe in ourselves - and WIN!

ITG teaches how yesterday’s experiences can help you build a better tomorrow. We offer a curriculum with tools for everyday living through conferences, workshops, mentoring programs, and life‑skills training designed to strengthen identity, confidence, and purpose.

Meet Minister Moneira Hawkins

Ms.Momain-2-1 2.png

Moneira Hawkins, Founder and Creator of im THAT girl. She heard the call and answered it with a mission to empower, enrich, and encourage girls and women of all ages to recognize that we all have something in common — something to share, and something that allows us to support one another.

My goal is to help others move past the trauma, meet them where they are, and step into healing.

Moneira speaks to girls and women globally through conferences, seminars, retreats, prisons, schools, mentoring groups, ministries, and more.

Having overcome real‑life challenges herself, even in the darkest places she knew she was THAT girl. A seasoned, innovative, and powerful speaker, she speaks from a place of experience that left her no choice but to keep going, fight, and never give up.

Filled with passion, energy, and purpose on her empowering journey, Moneira lets faith lead and lives by it — knowing that if you don’t face it, you cannot fix it.

Never be afraid to be who you were created to be. If they can’t handle you at this level, they can’t hold you at the next. Always keep them curious, and believe in your dreams — because with God, it is possible.

Always know: “You are THAT girl!
