Event Registrations

Unless an event is cancelled by JPIV Enterprises, LLC, all event fees, deposits, and registrations are non‑refundable.

If JPIV cancels an event, you will receive:

• The option to transfer your payment to a future event

 

Deposits

Deposits paid to reserve:

• A service

• A booking

• An event spot

Product Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the exclusivity and limited availability of certain items, all sales are FINAL unless the issue is the fault of JPIV Enterprises, LLC.

Returns for Damaged Products Only

Returns are accepted only for damaged items and must meet the following conditions:

• Must be reported and shipped back within 7 business days of the delivery date

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All packaging, accessories, and tags must be included

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• A trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS Flat Rate) is strongly recommended

 

JPIV Enterprises, LLC is not liable for lost or stolen return packages. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number.

 

Refund Method for Approved Returns

Approved returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E‑Gift Card code.

• Store credit is issued after the item is received, inspected, and restocked

• Processing time: 5–7 business days

• Store credit never expires
